Lynn graduated with an MSc in physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. While in Edinburgh, she became experienced with the benefits of Pilates and so completed the Level 2 APPI Pilates course which she uses both clinically and for Pilates classes.
Lynn has a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training from DCU and has a keen interest in sport. She was a member of the Irish 420 Sailing team for four years ranking 1st Irish female, 3rd overall on the Irish circuit and competing in numerous World and European Championships.
Lynn completed an internship in the University of Massachusetts, where she worked with a wide range of sports such as American Football, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Soccer and Diving, among others. Here she gained fantastic experience in sports massage and injury rehabilitation. She has also worked with Suttonians rugby team and travelled internationally as physiotherapist with both the Irish Sailing Youth Academy and the Irish Netball team.
Having worked in Pearse Street Physiotherapy in 2013-2014, Lynn left to work as a physiotherapist and Pilates/Yoga instructor onboard private sailing yachts whilst circumnavigating most of the way around the globe. She has since returned to PSPC, bringing a qualification in dry needling and some worldly experience with her.
