Problem Diagnosis:
The physiotherapists at Pearse Street are qualified to diagnosis neuromusculoskeletal problems a person is having. This includes problems with muscles, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments and cartilage. As Chartered Physiotherapists they are also educated to identify when a problem is not being caused by the neuromusculokeletal and to refer on to an appropriate medical professional eg cardiac pain, endocrine pain, psychological pain etc.

Hands on treatment:
The physiotherapists working in Pearse Street Physiotherapy are qualified in all forms of hands on treatment. Some examples of hands on treatment used at Pearse Street Physiotherapy Clinic include mobilisation, manipulation, stretching, and massage.
Exercise Prescription:
The physiotherapists working Pearse Street Physiotherapy are qualified in all forms of exercise prescription. Some examples of exercises prescribed at Pearse Street Physiotherapy Clinic include stretching, postural exercises, pilates, yoga, strength training and weight training.
Personal Training:
We are now offering a personal training service to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training sessions are individualised to your fitness needs and allow you to optimize your time and energy with every fitness workout. Sessions are run by David O’ Connell who is a chartered physiotherapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Sport Massage:
We are now offering a sport massage service delivered by chartered physiotherapists. Sports massage is different to other forms of massage because it is applied specifically to the tissues that the physiotherapist has identified needs treating. It uses a combination of deep tissue massage and a variety of specialised techniques to aid in the rehabilitation and maintenance of soft tissue structures, muscles tendons and ligaments.
Orthotics;
Aidan is also qualified to assess, diagnose and prescribe foot orthotics for lower limb and back problems.
